1. Description of Service

GloryAI Press provides a free press release submission platform where anyone can publish news, press releases or articles instantly. Content is published immediately and made publicly accessible without paywalls.

2. Rules for Publishing Press Releases for Free

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform.
• You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
• You may not publish content that is illegal, defamatory, vulgar, hateful, or promotes violence.
• You retain ownership of your content, but grant GloryAI Press a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it.

3. Free vs Premium Accounts

Free accounts may submit 1 press release every 30 days. Premium accounts (one-time $10 fee) may submit up to 50 press releases per calendar month. There are no subscriptions – only a one-time payment for unlimited monthly PR distribution.

4. Content Moderation

Although content is published instantly, GloryAI Press reserves the right to remove any material that violates these Terms or applicable laws. We aim to keep the platform safe for all users who want to publish news for free.

5. No Warranty

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee indexing by search engines or media outlets, but we do optimize every page for SEO to give your story the best chance of being discovered.

6. Limitation of Liability

GloryAI Press is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. By submitting content, you agree to these free press release platform terms and conditions.
