How We Source & Publish
Full transparency on our editorial standards, sourcing, fact-checking, and corrections policy.
Our Editorial Mission
GloryAI exists to provide European startup founders with marketing and AI resources they can actually trust. Every article, review, and case study is held to the same standard: if we can't verify it, we don't publish it.
This editorial policy documents exactly how we source information, verify facts, handle corrections, and maintain independence from commercial interests.
Sourcing Standards
We use a tiered sourcing system to ensure accuracy:
Primary Sources
Our own testing data, experiments, and documented results. This is our preferred source.
Official Documentation
Vendor documentation, API references, and official announcements from tool providers.
Reputable Publications
Established industry sources like Google Search Central, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Search Engine Journal.
Expert Interviews
Direct interviews with founders, marketers, and subject matter experts, always attributed.
What we avoid: Anonymous sources, unverified social media claims, AI-generated statistics, and any data we can't trace back to a primary source.
Fact-Checking Process
Every article goes through a three-stage fact-check before publication:
- Stage 1: Author verification. The author confirms every claim with links to primary sources.
- Stage 2: Editor review. A second team member independently verifies all statistics, dates, and quotes.
- Stage 3: Final approval. The editor-in-chief signs off before publication.
For case studies with proprietary data, we anonymize client information when requested but never alter the underlying numbers.
Corrections Policy
We're human. When we make mistakes, we correct them publicly and transparently.
How We Handle Corrections
- Minor corrections (typos, formatting) are made silently without a note.
- Factual corrections are marked with a visible note at the bottom of the article, including the date and what changed.
- Major corrections (retractions, significant data errors) are marked prominently at the top of the article.
To report an error, email hello@gloryai.eu with the article URL and a description of the issue. We respond within 48 hours.
Editorial Independence
Our editorial content is independent from our business relationships. Here's what that means:
- No paid reviews. We never accept payment for a positive review or placement.
- Affiliate disclosure. When we use affiliate links, we disclose them clearly at the top of the article.
- Sponsor separation. Sponsored content is clearly labeled and never mixed with editorial content.
- Partner transparency. Tools and services from our partners are reviewed on the same criteria as any other tool.
Our commitment: If a partner's tool doesn't meet our standards, we say so publicly — even if it costs us the partnership.
Authorship & Attribution
Every article on GloryAI is attributed to a real person with verifiable credentials. We don't publish anonymous content.
- Author bios include real names, roles, and relevant experience.
- Guest posts are clearly labeled and the author's credentials are verified before publication.
- AI-assisted content is disclosed when used (e.g., for research or editing). AI is never used to generate entire articles.
AI Usage Policy
We use AI tools in our workflow — but with strict boundaries:
- AI for research: Yes. We use AI to speed up information gathering, but always verify with primary sources.
- AI for editing: Yes. We use AI to check grammar, clarity, and consistency.
- AI for content generation: No. Every article is written by a human who tested the tools or tactics described.
- AI-generated images: Disclosed when used.
When AI is used in any part of the editorial process, it's disclosed in the article.
